Hello! My name is Sbeeby Qween and I am the queen of the Foobies. Foobies are little animal creatures that are based on foods. I, myself, am a honey lavender cream lop bunny. Once we reach maturity we can shift into humans or other human-like creatures!While out on a diplomatic trip to neighboring realms, a natural disaster struck the Foobie kingdom. The horrific event scattered all the Foobies to many different lands and potential realms. Upon return I was heartbroken as my citizens disappeared.Leaving the kingdom to become a ghost town. Foobies are animals or Creatures that have food-like characteristics.There are almost no limitations on what they look like!!They can come in all shapes and sizes. Some, like Ray the Pancake Mantaray, are on the smaller end, while Foobies like Léa the Lemon Posset Lioness, are HUGE!! It's even
possible to have Foobies larger than her.The body shape of Foobies can also very, but usually have the similar body construction. Upright or bipedal, “roundish” body, and small limbs compared to the body. Foobies unfortunately don't have any humanoid physiology.Once a Foobie hits adulthood (18+🔞) they are able to transform into a human or humanoid. (Vampire, elf, slime person,…)The height of the humanoid form corresponds to their Foobie height. (Example: I am an average seizedFoobie, so my human form is about 5’6 or ~168cm)Not all Foobies are bipedal. a.) Throughout the sketch phase, there are unlimited amounts of revisions, once lineart has started the client is expected to pay revision prices. (Revisions are 15$ usd each after the first 3)

c.) Once commission has started, I will give notice to the client about how long the delivery may take.
d.) Clients can request for longer process time if they do not have the rest of the total payment by the original commission delivery date.
e.) Clients are allowed to request to hold the commission if life gets in the way, but must pay for current commission progress.
f.) Once the commission is delivered, there will be 2 files sent, one with my watermark if the client wishes to post the commission on their page, and one without my watermark.

a.) I, as the artist, have the right to cancel the commission at any time if the client uses any inappropriate language when communicating. (ie. No rude/ offensive/ disrespectful language)
b.) Once the final total is paid, clients cannot ask for refunds.
c.) The transfer will be canceled if the client refuses to pay the full price for any of the adoptable reference sheets.
d.)The commission will be canceled if the client refuses to pay half of the total payment before commission.
e.) Clients are expected to pay for the commission's current process if they request for the cancellation.
f.) If for any reason I cannot complete a commission, I will refund payment to the client. Both the client and I will have to agree on the amount for the refund beforehand in case I have started the commission and the client still wants the unfinished work.
